Coaching & Mentorship for UX Researchers

Helping UX researchers get hired, grow their skills, and make a bigger impact at work

Work With the Manager You Always Wanted

I bring the support, feedback, and strategy of a great manager without the office politics.

Maybe you need a long-term career plan, sharper interview skills, or strategies for making your insights stick. Or maybe you’re looking for structure and accountability while you search for a new role. Whatever it is, I’ll be the trusted partner in your corner, offering pragmatic advice, actionable feedback, and a plan that works for you.

Most likely, I’ve been where you are now. I broke into UX research from an unconventional background, learned on the job, advanced into leadership, and built research practices from scratch. With 15 years in big tech guiding researchers at every stage, I know how to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting results.

Below, you’ll find details and pricing for my three coaching tracks. If you don’t see exactly what you need, let’s talk and we’ll figure out a plan that works for your goals.

Let’s level up your impact together.
